Can I get a free trial of FlytNow Auto?
No, there is no free trial of FlytNow Auto. However, if you wish to try out the platform, you may get started by signing up for a free 7-day FlytNow live trial here.
What is included in a 7-day free FlytNow trial?
FlytNow 7-day free trial provides access to all the features mentioned in the FlytNow Live Plan. You may add up to 5 active drones to your FlytNow account. However, the video viewer minutes (VVMs) are limited to 500 minutes.
Can I purchase a subscription for only a month?
No, you can only purchase a FlytNow Auto quarterly or annual plan. For special requests, please contact sales at flytnow@flytbase.com.
Are there any video usage limitations for FlytNow?
FlytNow plans provide sufficient video viewer minutes for your drone operations. However, as a fair usage policy, FlytNow Live includes video viewer minutes of upto 2000 minutes per drone per month, while for FlytNow Auto users can stream upto 4000 video viewer minutes per drone per month.
How are Video Viewer Minutes calculated?
Video Viewer Minutes are utilised per viewer (E.g.: 20 min video feed streaming to 3 users will lead to utilization of 20*3 = 60 VVMs)
What happens after I use all my video viewer minutes?
In case you reach your viewer minutes quota, additional viewer minutes are available at $10 for every 1000 minutes. Please contact flytnow@flytbase.com to refill your viewer minutes.
What are the recommended drones for FlytNow?
FlytNow is compatible with all major DJI drones as well as PX4/Ardupilot-based drones. The DJI Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom/Dual/Enterprise Advanced, as well as the DJI Mini 2/SE and DJI Air 2/2S, are all supported by the FlytNow Live Lite plan. The DJI Matrice Series drones, such as the M300 RTK and M30 (beta version), are supported by the Live Pro plan (beta). The Advanced plan supports custom-built PX4 or Ardupilot drones, as well as DJI drones with onboard SDK. The enterprise plan is designed to accommodate any custom requirements or feature requests you may have.
What are the supported payloads?
The DJI Mavic Series’ thermal, loudspeaker, spotlight, dual camera, and zoom integrations are supported by the Live lite plan. The Zenmuse H20, H20T, and H20N are all supported by the Pro plan. What are the payment options?
Most credit cards are accepted by FlytNow. All subscription payments will be made in US dollars.
What are the supported docking stations?
The following drone docks are pre-integrated with FlytNow Auto: Hextronics Global Advanced and Atlas M300, IDIPLOYER Nexus, Heisha DNEST, D80, D60, and D135, FoxIT Dronebase, Counterdrone’s Counterdome, Airscort FlytMini, Skycharge, DroneTeam’s DBOX, ADPM Drones, Aerobox, and SkyDock by ByteHeavy.

How do I archive video in my private cloud storage account?
To ensure user data privacy, FlytNow does not store your drone videos. If you have opted for FlytNow Live+ or any of the FlytNow Auto plans, please follow this guide to set up your private cloud storage to enable recording and replay of videos on your FlytNow dashboard.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to the Account Settings section of the FlytNow App. Click the “Manage Subscription” button and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your subscription. Please contact the sales team at flytnow@flytbase.com to change your plans. Any changes to your downgrade, including cancellations, will be reflected at the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I use the same registered email ID for both FlytNow live and FlytNow Auto subscription?
No, separate FlytNow accounts are required for both the Live and Auto plans.
